DEL-Care was started by a group of professionals with a passion for children and a vision for serving families by providing quality early childhood education.

Between January 1991 and February 2006, DEL-Care influenced the lives of more than a thousand children living in or around Cashew Heights Condominium and Pasir Ris Terrace.

In February 2005, recognizing the changing needs of families DEL-Care started an infant & care care centre in the Central Business District – Shenton Way.
